On average, a MMO can run you anywhere between 7-12 dollars per month. So the "not having money" thing isn't really all that valid after you've bought the game disc. I wouldn't recommend getting WoW any time soon, though. Shit's going to run you about 175 when Cataclysm comes out.
SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR THE OLD REPUBLIC! STAR WARS NERDS UNITE! WoW/TBC battlechest, - $20, WoW WOTLK - $30? WoW CATACLYSM - $30-$40. + $15 p/month.

My bad, Rome. | |

Eww. Believe it, son. No point in playing on a private server when the world can be handed to you. Pay your $15 or GTFO.

| Final Fantasy XIV
Or Final Fantasy Online Dos for Romeo =)
Is coming out to PC's very soon. September 22nd for the Collector's Edition or September 30th for the standard one. Of course, PS3 gets the gay shaft with the early March 2011 release (the one I really wanted)
I am still super pumped to play this and going to buy the PC version until the PS3 one comes out.
So anyone else getting this? I wouldn't mind playing FF online again but with people I actually sort of know, as opposed to when I played FFXI and only knew one person.
EDIT:
Well my game has now been bought. I start on September 22nd. I'll be on to a nick similar to what I got right now. I'm going to attempt getting just "Scorpio" but odds are probably not in my favor for that lol.
In anticipation, I've begun upgrading my existing PC. Got my Graphics Card upgraded and also bumped up my RAM from 4 to 7.
All I need now is to bump up my current processor which I plan on doing in 2 weeks from today and possibly upgrading my PC's monitor to a bigger widescreen version. Then I should be golden.

To those that are interested in playing and meeting on the same server just look me up at the following.

So that's where I'll be =)
