So who is going to be the premiers and the spooners?

Tony Lockett in 1987. Defenders have more of a chance of winning a Brownlow than a forward. To wager a bet i think Mr. Cooney may strike again.

No joke here, I think he will definately be up there and very possibly take it.

But then again 2hrs ago I picked Richo and he was the runner up when no-one else gave him a chance. So maybe...

Richo was runner up in a very different year, he was playing an attacking winger role because thats what his team demanded of him. But seeing as Fevola has been picked up by the lions there is no real need to put someone of Brown's talent in full forward which is going to be a great thing, if they can utilise Brown as a centre half forward he could very well be up there in the votes.

Actually thinking about it now the Lions will be a force with those two, i mean im no Fevola fan but it is how they will use Brown this year that will define their year.

As for Collingwood in the final, i'm not sure about that mainly because with the ladder that you have guessed they will be facing the dogs on the third saturday of september. Not to mention they need to beat both the Hawks and the Lions, two teams that in recent years they have struggled to beat.

Since Naitanui played at the end of last year I'm pretty sure he can't win the rising star.

But it will be an interesting competition this year.

Every round, an Australian Football League rising star nomination is given to a standout young player. To be eligible for the award, a player must be under 21 on January 1 of that year, have played 10 or fewer senior games before the beginning of the season, and not have been suspended during the season.

Nope, yet I love Freo being up there. Its perfect to tease their Fans. Unfortunately Skyler's sister is a supporter so just teasing her/them about having no soul, and dying from depression at the age of 40.

Why do I still support the Hawks. They choked against Geelong; a match they were certain to win.

When your facing a team that in one quarter gets 5 goals and 4 of them came from the softest free kicks imaginable there is nothing you can do. Plus no ruckman really really hurts.
