BREAKING NEWS:
Stacy: We bring you an update in The Harlequin Killer case live from the steps of The City Police Department. Bruce, care to fill us in.
Bruce: Sure thing Stacy. It happened just moments ago on these very steps. The new Chief of Police, Francis Despres made an announcement that stunned the gathered crowd and the press alike.
In what appears to be the final twist in a story with more than it's fair share the City Police have announced that The Harlequin Killer case has been officially closed. The case which saw a wave of crime spread across The City over the past 2 and a half years has been concluded with what police are saying is "substantial genetic evidence".
It is unclear the final cost of the devastation done during this tumultous time in a very colored history, but Police are assure citizens that the streets are safe once again.
Stacy: Bruce, have they provided any information at all about who the mastermind behind this spree was?
Bruce: Yes Stacy they have. Police are saying that The Harlequin Killer was not simply one person, but a complex order of people. The "substantial genetic evidence" they had earlier referred to belonged to Detective Shane Wallace.
Wallace, one believed to be a rising star within The City Police Department seems to now be one of the greatest criminal master minds of our time. While the details are yet to be released, Police Officials are saying that the evidence they have collected incriminates the now deceased Detective Wallace.
