Season 2 Sign-ups

It's on like Donkey Kong.

Hopefully you've had enough time for teambuilding, but the time has come to begin this season.

Post to say that you're signing up, and let me know if you have any questions. I won't be posting rules in this thread, I'll do that later in a different thread, mostly just copying and pasting what we had last time. The important thing to remember (which I've said over and over again) is that we'll be using the 4th Gen metagame and Pokemon from the UU tier and below.

I hope to get anywhere from 10-16 people signed up, and I'll most likely close it off at 16 (if it gets that far), so post early to reserve your spot.

Haven't gotten around to team building yet, but I am down.

I've been so drawn in to playing 5th gen these days I forgot to make a revised UU team, and I'm swamped this week, but I'll build it on the weekend, but of course I'm in and hopefully wont dissapoint myself with my lame building skills

EDIT: Butters, Shedinja is more viable in UU than OU because Sandstorm and Hail is rare in UU, the only real worries are Spiritomb, Arcanine, Blaziken, Weezing, Rotom, Absol and Aggron. With Good Support you could run a good shedinja set, If you ran like an Uxie lead and Blastoise support you could do some good damage in there.

You also need to mention Stealth Rock though, PX. With Stealth Rock set up (usually by Uxie), teams trying to run Shedinja will need a rapid spinner like Donphan or Claydol to clear them away. It should be noted that Shedinja can act as an effective spin blocker though, preventing the other team from clearing away your own entry hazards.

Also I want everyone to note that on the smogon tiers HERACROSS is still listed as UU, this hasnt been updated, and he's been moved to BL since.

As for Heracross, I can't find where it says he's been moved to BL for sure. Link?

It's on the smogon forums somewhere, I'll have to dig to find a link somewhere since I found it randomly and get back to you on it. But it's obvious enough that he's overpowered for UU anyway

EDIT: Didn't find, I found the discussion, and you can see where they discussed Hera for BL, but I'm almost sure he is because I remember seeing that Hera to BL was the last offical change to 4th Gen UU, before sealing it forever as it is, they're all focusing on Gen 5 tiering
