| He had a five hour long conversation with Faith...and said nothing.
He had a ten hour long argument with Apostasy...without saying too much.
He had a ten second long exchange with Seth Omega...without losing IQ points.
He is...The Most Interesting Man in FMW Preface: Oh you didn't know? That's right, motherfucker. TMITIFMW is back with a vengeance and ready to assess the changing landscape of the fed. Can you feel the flava? Here she is...Miss Afghanistan... *** #5 - Faith I know she hasn't exactly "RPed" in a while. But no one in the fed has, so I stand by this ranking. For the first time in her storied rivalry against TyranT, Faith has shown her father mercy. Which is something, considering that Doc was on the verge of whupping his ass while doing it. Going into the Catalyst title match, the hottest story was Skyler's descent into madness and quest for the title. But within the match itself, Faith's presence stole the show. She was the most important determinant in TyranT's victory and her ringside presence was played off well by the writer (who I think was Abel?). Kudos to whoever did it. Regardless, we are left with questions; how deep does her hatred of TyranT genuinely run? Is her agenda in the FMW to truly stop him? And how will she balance her companionship with Derrick? It's a simple maneuver, but having Faith show leniency on her father makes her the 5th most interesting ma--er---woman in FMW. *** #4 - David GS The streak may have technically ended, but something much bigger began. David GS has really come into his own lately. Gone are the days when people write off his wins to booking help. David's performance at the pay-per-view cemented his place as a "rising star" in FMW. But that's just the angle aspect. He's improved by leaps and bounds on the RP front as well. His battle with the Midwestern Mafia, his complicated relationship with his brother Steven, and his desire to help Rachael are all damn solid story-lines if you bothered to read them. With Matt Dunn MIA and Hannibal Frost presumably planning to challenge for the world title, I think DGS could very well be the next challenge for the Abandoned title. Ask yourself; can you see him beathing Seth Omega? If his current form continues, anything is possible. For finally making the leap, David GS is the 4th most interesting man in FMW. *** #3 - Kaoru Hanayama The handsomest man in FMW storms the list at number three. Admittedly, if he had lost the match, DGS and he would have traded spots on this list. But he won. Hooray! After weeks of being a somewhat lackluster "silent muscle" character lacking true direction, Hanayama finally came up with a big win at Catalyst. While his previous matches were basically aimless, the card gives him a plethora of directions to go in, especially considering the overcrowding of the title scene. More on that later....any-who, Hanayama has maintained a consistently good base RP score while continuing his story arc of the mysterious dead hooker and the counterfeit money. But the character has proven to have some staying power. Now that he has Gold Card, it's make or break status. His RP consistency needs to prove itself in a genuinely relevant storyline against opponents who actually show. Some of Hanayama's biggest in-kayfabe wins were against no-show opponents. And that's bad for credibility. For getting a foot in the door of a major storyline and a major chance to pick up important wins, Hanayama is the 3rd most interesting man in FMW. *** #2 - Hannibal Frost A phoenix rising for the goddamn ashes, eh? Not long ago, the FMW was mourning Frost's seemingly inevitable departure. He had lost the FMW Abandoned Title in a major upset to Seth Omega, and the Catalyst War Games were going to be his swan song. But then something curious happened; he won. And he won in rather convincing fashion, owing somewhat to the other teams' lack of enthusiasm. Still, a win is a win. Despite dropping the green belt to Seth, Hannibal's WG triumph was nothing short of an upstage. Frost looked much more the role of captain than his successor, and has resurrected his interest in one fell swoop. What happens with Frost now? Does he take the rematch we are all anticipating? Does he say "fuck it" and go after the world title? Also, his "Island of the Dead" thing was pretty damn funny. Or at least I thought it was. He's that cowboy dude who hunts monsters in over-the-top fashion. How can you now love that? For snatching victory from the jaws of defeat, Hannibal Frost is the 2nd most interesting man in FMW. *** #1 - TyranT If you have read this article from top to bottom, you'll recall me mentioning something about an overcrowded world title scene. In the middle of that scene? Ty. Just look at all the possible opponents that he could face. Skyler hasn't had his 1v1 match. Doc hasn't had his 1v1 match. Hannibal has just won War Games. Hanayama has the gold card. And...oh yeah...THE ENTIRE DISTORTION FRANCHISE will want something to. This is both a blessing and a curse. One the one hand, a besieged champion makes for interesting drama. On the other hand, this many people tied into one belt could potentially render all of the other angles boring. The solution? Singles matches. TyranT has yet to be in a title match where people who showed were beaten (sorry, Romeo). In my opinion, the main event at Catalyst could have just been Ty versus Skyler, if not for the War Games theme, which demanded an Ammunition representative. But now Doc has staked his claim, along with everyone else in FMW. On top of that, there's the aforementioned Fath angle, which has taken a new twist. Of everyone in FMW, Tyrant's road has by FAR the most forks in it. In lieu of there not being...well...not being enough angles, I'd like to take the latter half of this segment to offer a moment of silence for our recently departed. RIP: MASS CAESARHans Zimmer's "Might of Rome" is a fantastic song. And you....were a funny bastard. RIP: MARK JOHANSSONYet more confirmation that the Saints of Destiny basically don't exist anymore. RIP: APATHYI won't miss you. At all. RIP: JAROBecause no one else will be able to balance the colossal egos in this fed. RIP: HANNI---no wait. wait. He's back.RIP: ALEX O'RI---no. He decided to come back too. QUIT PLAYING WITH MY EMOTIONS, ASSHOLES.-Stay Thirsty, My Friends.-

Wait, that doesn't make any sense. He's all beaten us. What I meant to say was, he has yet to have a 1v1 title defense. where his opponent really shows and loses. There are a loooot of typos.

| I like this little thing. I really do.
Being number two sure does help.
But, even if i wasn't, I'd still like it.
Most interesting indeed.
