FMW OOC Thread

It's my fault. And honestly I wish I could do a bit more right now. I have the show half-way done, and I've gotten a lot of help from the staff. I'm just... really busy. Like, I keep expecting that I'll have some time after work here, and that I'll have a day off here, and I can "finish things off then"... but things keep getting in the way. Things like after-work socialization, dates, fathers day presents and spending time with the family. I honestly expected to have enough time Thursday or Friday (my off days), but I instead spent my time getting my car fixed, going on an a terribly mediocre date, and I only got a few segments done.

Such is life. I don't have the free-time that I used to have. And it's sad, because I wish I could give you guys more. I wish I could get you guys your show in a timely manner, and have it be a quality show. Honestly, I wish I had someone to take over, but I haven't heard anyone that seriously wants the job and has the time to commit.

But, rest assured, at some point in the next week, I'll get enough time and I'll finish the damn show off. And it will be the usual quality work that Ammunition has been since I took over. I take a lot of pride in how that show comes out, and it equally pains me how slow it goes. Because I know that participation takes a hit because of the slow turnaround. And I know that if I could do more, it'd be better.

And Nick has similar feelings, though his situation is different (and I'll let him speak for himself here). I'm really sorry guys. For as long as you're here and I'm here, I'll do the best I can do for you. Just know that I haven't forgotten about you guys.

I'm not fussed about show-times... just commenting on how everyone had stopped commenting. I know you do quality stuff Edible No rush!

Yep we're still going. I've come to the conclusioon after a bazilion times of seeing "the end of FMW" that this place just won't ever die.

In other news a little comic relief,

The sign in the toilet said "To save yourself the embarrassment make sure you look the door" now the toilet can be seen by a good 50 people on the train! After reading that I forgot to lock the door, someone opened it for me mid dump

It's been too long. It's time we finished this. I'm calling you out. You know where to find me.

So the cards didn't go up Monday. They will be up tomorrow morning. The show being posted will be .3. We shall not be skipping this show. However, we will be trying our hardest to make sure that these shows get pumped out in a timely manner. The cards are now set, it's just a matter of writing up the threads. Bryson will have time to do so tomorrow. And if he doesn't, I'll be posting his card for him. And his writeup will consist of Nick Bryson the character getting cockpunched by at mimimum a dozen wrestlers. So he'd better damn well do it.

Any of you guys play the Pokemon card game? If so I have a question.

I used to as a kid.

Used to as a kid but still have the cards Im trying to get rid of.

I only ask because I am trying to teach my kids how to play it. I used to play years ago to but some rules have changed. Want to make sure I got everything figured out so I can explain it to them. So, if anyone can help let me know.

On a side note Brooks, how many cards are you looking to get rid of and is there any chance I could maybe get them from you?

I am somewhat overwhelmed by being in my first main event match so early in my e-fedding career so I'm attempting to pull out all the stops. I hope I can do everyone else in that match - and everyone else in FMW, for that matter - proud.

i am not shamed to admit that I am rusty as hell. I would greatly appreciate some feedback to see if you guys think I am on the right track. thanks all.

Promo is up. It really isn't anything special as I've been more focused on enjoying the holidays with my family and preparing for Catalyst, but I suppose getting something up is just as good.

Due to circumstances out of my control, I am unable to promo this week. I know this is a bad way to showcase being a new champ, but I am still here and ready to compete. Just... not this week.

Also, when Kuruk comes out with the belt, have him be wearing it on his head. Just 'cause.

Promo is short due to storyline reasons. Let's make this a great card!

Whoa, that deadline passed entirely too fast. I'm not sure how I missed (Work or any other number of things) but I know that I did, and I apologize for that. That especially goes to Striker who showed up and did such a great job. You showed up and I appreciate that and I apologize for missing.

All I can do is promise to make up for it by having a promo in time for the next show. In fact, I may start on that sooner rather then later....

Just my opinion but I think we should extend the deadline til the end of voting only due to the number of no shows. If people dont have their promos in by then, too bad. Decision is up to Nick and Edible though.

I am going to do so anyways. Nick said I could anyways. BTW the "Sean" promo has been posted and "Sean" would like your feedback. This is his first promo in awhile so he would really appreciate it. Thanks.
