eWrestling Wiki Discussion Thread

We've been running on eWE for a while now and the few of us who are building FMW's part of the project have been working night in, night out to present solid content and make it look awesome. We'd like to know if there's anything you guys would like to see on the eWE that's not already there; also, we'd like to encourage each and everyone of you to create a Wiki page for your character using the FMW Superstar templates:

yeah. not exactly the most original idea for a character but I think I made her work (just) lol.

OK guys I've just finished updating my old Wikia page adding links to FMW's page and my first new FMW shirt.

So, can anybody tell me why I can edit everything on Butters page besides his personal info box?

I want to update my page, for the first time like ever... but that's annoying me.

Click on the EDIT PAGE link at the top of Butters' page ... then when that loads up ya get a little green jigsaw piece at the start of the edit ... click on it and it brings up his personal info in a little box ... click on the edit pencil at the bottom of the box and away ya go.

That, or use the "Source" button. That brings you the Wiki editor, which shows you how the page is coded. I personally like that approach better.

So I tried to make a Wiki just now and really fucked it up.

Attempted to paste the win/loss table from Eric Scorpio's page and edit it for my own record. Somehow, me doing that has rendered the "edit" button unresponsive. Every time I click "edit" on any heading, I see no text (even though it's there).

Hence, I can't edit anything.

I tried to undo the edit with the coding, but it won't let me hit the save button. The button to report the page for damage is also not working.

Help?

What exactly do you mean by Win/Loss Table?

I was wondering if we should combine the LPW Wiki with FMW stuff? It would be really cool, and if all us Wiki fanatics helped, it could look really good.

.....FMW was made because Jaro couldn't play nice with LPW and vice versa.

You do know he is back in LPW, right? We are one big community.

Yeah, I am back in LPW as well.

I also know that some of the people that drama went down with are still there, just saying we hagve a lot of members that jump between both, but this is still a separate e-fed. Not LPW lite, and I think we should keep our stuff separate.

I see your point. I still like the idea, but then again, it's not my decision.
