TyranT was of course solid all year, but playing in a double role hurt his chances. Harley doesn't come close because he left in the middle of the year, Skyler didn't really wow me at all. Drew had a hell of a year, but he's outclassed by the man who beat him for the C-4 Championship.

All these guys improved steadily, but PX made the biggest jump, improving by leaps and bounds. It showed, too, he had a long reign with the TV belt and even beat "Doc".

If I was more biased, I'd say myself and Butters. But since I already know that I'm awesome, and don't need awards to prove it, my vote goes to the Wayward Sons. It was a toss-up between them and Crash Scene, but Alex O and RCA have great chemistry together, in TT, promos and shows.

DR III was superb. There's not much more to add to that. Lethal Injection almost had a MOTY candidate (Elimination Chamber) and Catalyst was the culmination of War Games (marred by no-shows). Both the Ammunition and Corruption shows had an excellent card with great execution, but it doesn't quite live up to Death Row III.

The Death of Celeste was an almost welcome event, most of us were sick of the character by then. Maybe her death is noteworthy in the sense that it gave the shows a little more freedom, but it was far from being the noteworthy moment of the year. Harley's retirement didn't do as much for me as maybe it should of, we lost a good character that day. The FMW Games lost it's edge when Distortion won via half assing the War Games match, albeit the whole team half assed it. Bryson's stitching of Mahky Mahk's mouth was fucking lulz, but not all that noteworthy. In the end, what stands out is Celt leaping off the MetalTron onto Jaro, an event that made that angle into something absolutely breathtaking to read every show. | |

Not to be egotistical, but it was a pretty big moment. FMW Games were huge, but they wre storyline of the year rather than a single moment. Harlequin retiring is downer and the Death of Celeste has been a so-so FMW moment. Bryson had a great return to FMW but struggled to truly hammer it home at times for some reason. Also, I'm greedy and would like maybe just one aware
