| I know it can be seen as something small, but everytime the Head Office gets posted in, it renews my staff forum and then says roughly 5 threads have a new post in them, when none of them do.
So is there a way to stop the new posts in the Head Office, from affecting the regular staff threads?

| The same thing kinda happens to me as well. Threads in the main staff aren't marked as read, but the on/off marker on the main forum page turns purple and I can't get rid of it unless I click "Mark all Forums as Read".
Also, I dunno if this is happening for everybody, but I'm on Firefox, and the mini FMW icon that went in the tab is now replaced by a green chat bubble-thing.

It's mocking you little people who cannot see the Head Office. lololol Anyway, as for the second concern, it did that to me too a while back, but now it's back to normal. Maybe you just have to keep using it moar.

| I have that "Auto-marked as read" stuff back, but only on my laptop. Would the forum have a problem with Windows 7? | |

| I don't see why an OS would be the reason for a forum going haywire.
I have mentioned to Sleg once that it wasn't auto-marking on me while I was in an internet cafe, whose browsers' settings are usually set to high levels of security and privacy, if not the default settings. I think it has something to do with cookies.

I'm on W7, never had a problem. Perfect on IE, Firefox and Chrome.

| How do I "rep" people?
I want to show people that I like them by +1'ing a meaningless number.

| When you're logged in, look to the right of the text that they're posting (------------>)
Should be a + and a -. Vote appropriately.
You won't see it on your posts, only the posts of others.

| Do I need some sort of status? I still don't see anything.
All there is is the quote button.

| I'll just say this then.
Everyone gets a +1 from me for being cool people.
+2 If your name has any of the following letters: S, E, A, N, F, T, W.

| As far as I understand it you won't see the +/- because you have a negative rep (-4).
Only people at zero or above can give/take "rep"
