I am getting into the Kaoru character -- His story is pretty cool. This promo was your best by far in my opnion. It brought out more of the personality of the guy and those around him.

Alright, here is the situation.

I have been unable to promo so far do to my preparation for a Provincial Wrestling Tournament, and those preparations were going to take priority over FMW.

However, I still do intend to promo. Under the circumstances, I will be taking the penalty, and I will have a promo in on Sunday, before the deadline.

I'm terribly sorry once more, but this tournament is my last as a high school wrestler. I needed to be prepared.

My first Feedback thread in over a year has been post.

RCA done, I apologize to him. I felt very rusty when feedbacking so it might all just be guff that I wrote. Eventually I'll get back into the swing of things and you can have a free pass for feedback.

EDIT: Clarke, donezo.

I'll probably get 3-5 more done today I'd say.

Virus, done.

Ya... I'm probably not going to be able to promo.

I'm suffering from some seriously irritating PC problems that I simply can't figure out at all. This also caused me to put out a promo that was half the size back at the Lumpy Panda as I couldn't add to it.

Basically, my computer is suffering what I can best describe as a serious case of hiccups. Every second or two, everything freezes for like a split second.

I thought maybe it was malware or some shit like that, but after conducting two days of diagnostics in that regard, I've pretty much ruled that out (unless it's something new and undetectable).

So I'm back to my first thought, which was a hardware issue. Basically, when Survivor 3's last challenge came about, I moved my PC to the coffee table so I can simply lay back and relax while I played Shining Force. Of course with that done, and time to promo, I found that writing at the coffee table was annoying, so I decided to move my PC back to its appropriate spot. Ever since then, this problem has been happening.

Unless any of you guys have any ideas, I'm at a lost.

1. Hit a library.

2. Use a friend's computer.

3. Move PC back to coffee table (I don't recall you saying that the problem was happening there) and just deal with it then.

That's all I got.

Best advice I got is try running Adware, or defraging your computer. Normally that helps, if that doesn't help then I'd try deleting things you didn't need on the computer, free up some space.

Also I'd let it be known that if you are running Windows XP then that might be your problem.

The Microsoft hotline told me the other day that XP was going to be obsolete this year, and many people could be dealing with problems unless they updated their software.

That being said I think Microsoft might be dicking with updates and throwing in things to fuck up your computer. It is Bill Gates we are talking about here.

Anyways, if all the other stuff doesn't work then I would advise doing a system restore. Basically all that does is simply take your computer back to a time where it didn't have problems. So you could reset your computer back to a time without issues, and after you do that you pretty much can enjoy your computer as was.

Other than that I have zero ideas.

thank for the ideas guys!

lol no, not going to a library or moving my pc back to my coffee table, my place is looking normal again, and not cluttered.

As for the friends thing, if I go to my buddies, I'm going to drink and have fun. Typing a promo at a buddies place is neither of those.

EDIT

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I mean, it seems all good now. Aftre two friggin days

Get a registry cleaner!!!

All my other progs that says also cleans registry's didn't do a good enough job.

The Celt proudly presents: Louder than God, Better than fucking; His 10.3 Supremacy promo

Razz

Well, maybe not but it ought to be for the amount of work I put into it.

By the way FMW, If I fail my sociology module this semester, it's on you as I pretty much did this promo instead of writing that essay[/logicfail]

Anyways, enjoy the promo. It's sort of different to other promos at the moment. If I had to describe it I'd say it's a bit courtroom drama-ish? Hell just read the damn thing and like it.

I would Celt, but the writing's a little on the small side. I know I wear glasses, but they're not magnifying glasses! I don't suppose you could edit it and make it just a smidge bigger could ya? I'll even give ya some feedback on it if ya do *Smiles sweetly*

To be honest I kinda like the small text, but what you could do is press control and + on your keyboard to increase the size of everything on the page and that should overcome the problem

I never even thought of doing that! Thanks.

So my promo is going to be late, sailing all day = no internet.

Anywho I will refer to this delay as a storm building above Skyler, so for those who have a PM in their inbox from me, can you please reply with the relevant answer.

Haha, but this will be good, and worth the delay. Sorry to all, but again, look at your inbox and reply to me if necessary.

Promo is coming.

My cat ate my promo, and by ate I mean turned off my computer sans saving. Eight pages I'll never see again.

So yeah, it's coming, right after I sell my cat to a Chinese Restaurant, shouldn't be late but seemed like a funny story.

I can't believe that CXC would stoop so low as to paying off cats to do his dirty work.

Okay I'm getting the issue again...

it seems to fix itself everytime I use the program to clean the registry, and after some time it comes back... I'm getting fed up here.

I'm also noticing for the first time that my firefox is blocking a flash program on this site. I'm positive that wasn't there before.

I've been known to do a lot worse...like bringing Jamie Kidd to FMW the same time I did in order to take the spotlight off of any early fuck ups I may cause... silent

I wouldn't worry about it right now, but it never hurts to have your shit backed up on a flash drive and/or external hard drive.

I know my laptop was one of the very first ones with XP, so maybe the problems were coming for me sooner rather than later. Either way I'd look into a newer windows by the end of the year.

If you don't mind me asking, what else is hooked up to your computer?

Because I know with my old desktop if I had my external hard drive, my printer/scanner/copier, and anything else hooked into a USB port that it would randomly freeze up from too many things trying to reach the same piece of hardware at the same time.

Just a thought.
