lol, I'll take it where I could I suppose!!

Though, tires first... now, goddammit lol

Also, thanks for the feedback. Though one day soon, I'm going to have to pick your brain apart about Scorpio.

******

Also... for those who haven't, fill in that FMW Questionnaire in the Safe House thread. I truly enjoying reading those as I get an inner sight into the man (or woman Smile) behind their respective characters. I've been find them to be fascinating reads.

So do it... NOW!!!!

It helps so much when there's somebody going too. My neighbour friend goes and it so easy.

"Wanna hit the gym tomorrow?"

"Sweet"

"I'll kick your ass in a Rowing Machine Race"

"BRING IT ON!"

I'm loving the subtle changes as I loose fat and gain muscle, it's fun. I recently loss my sister too, she died in a car crash which also killed three of her best friends last month(wouldn't say it'd be far from where Celt and PX live now that I think of it), and I've found that working out is a great way to get your mind of stuff. I've been slidding a bit lately as things have started getting on top of me but want to get back to my healthy eating and gyming ways now ASAP! Hell I'll try tomorrow.

Healthy eating is also the rules, eating so many new things, really enjoyable I must say.

Jay-Bear, I've missed you like Care Bears miss cuddles! Your still the only blind date I've gone on from the internet, you ruined it by bringing your delightful girlfriend though!

Scorps, I have plans and ideas so I won't be leaving anytime soon. Even the trash talk burlbs I've been doing have really helped me flesh out some ideas.

GOGOGO FMW HALF-MARATHON SQUAD!!!!

PS Brain-Picking is GOLD!!! I'll have to get on AIM soon and have a few discussion with my old homies.

Dano man, very sorry for your loss. I can't imagine what that must be like. I'm very sorry to hear about your sister.

Oh shit!! Dano bro, my condolences I had no idea. I can't even begin to relate to that.

Working out does do wonders to your mind, I'm starting to remember why I used to enjoy it now.

My biggest hurtle was always what I eat. During the summer when I work crazy ass hours, I would eat so much damn take out, I should probably be dead lol. It usually tappers off a little in the winter, but not enough to be considered good.

I've been making a conscious effort to eat healthier since I've been laid off for the winter. I still screw it all up from time to time, but I'm trying. It's hard to break a habit you somehow (I know exactly why) got into in the last 4-5 years and it's been a struggle. Dude, I've never been addicted to any of the drugs I've taken in the past, even when I did them quite often at times, but this trying to lose that hunger for a Wendy's Spicy Chicken or a good old double pep and x-cheese (sometimes with pineapple) pizza is so damn tough.

I just can't believe how that shit is so hard to stop doing. So far, I've been doing alright though. Not perfect, but its been okay, just need to add working out to that and I'll feel good as new again. (except those first few days of working out... I'm dreading that)

Thanks Bros,

Starting back is always the worst. It's always the first mile for me, if I can get that first mile I feel great. I can stop there and say "Hey I just ran a mile" and everything on top of that is extra super bonus goodness.

Any mile I run usually ends in "...fuck." and the thought that I am now a mile away from where I wanted to be. Which is why I'm scared of doing a half marathon. I'll be 13 miles from where I want to be haha.

A very good friend of mine who is a sports scientist told me a few weeks ago that if you can do 8 miles in the gym, you'll be easily able to do a half-marathon as your body on the day will pull you through. I'm taking that as gospel and as my only hope.

Conditioning practice variation 1:

400m warmup
Stretch, pushups
800m full speed
400m full speed
1.5 mile jog
6x75m sprints
400 cool down

Conditioning practice variation 2:

400m warmup
Stretch, pushups
3 Mile Run (which is 4.8 km)
12x75m sprints
400 Cool down

Conditioning for wrestling. I dislike doing it. A lot.

Firstly, Dano, I'm really sorry to hear about your sister. I can't even begin to imagine how you must feel.

Secondly, DANO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! geek

Thirdly, I've been hitting the fitness thing pretty hard recently, I joined a gym at the start of October to help me prepare for my fitness tests and basic training for the army. I also gave up alcohol for November, and lost 10 kgs in 5 weeks (Which I THINK is about 22 pounds). Can now run a kilometre in under 4 and a half minutes, and still feel like I can keep going, do 20 elevated push ups, millitary press 30 kilograms (don't judge me, I couldn't do any when I started). All in all, apart from some illness I've developed in the last 4 weeks, I feel fantastic for it.

I've found the hardest is staying away from junk food as well. I could knock back a double quater pounder meal, and contemplate a second with ease before doing this, and now, well... I'd love to, but I figure I've gotta start eating better. Over the past 2 months, if I'm feeling the hunger pangs, I make sure I go and get something made with REAL fresh ingredients. A Subway, or a Nandos (chicken burger place) or a cafe for a sandwhich. Makes me feel better anyway. Also helps the bank account feel good as well.

I'm really looking forward to the day when I can do 10 unassisted chin ups. I can do about 3 at the moment, and I can do 15 with a 36 kilogram assistance, but 10 unnassisted before I enlist is my goal.

Dano my condolences, it's never good to lose anyone you care about.

Secondly.

ZOMFG!!!!!

SYANIDE!

Passes out from exposure to sheer awesomeness

.....well that was embarrassing.

On another note, I hate you all for jogging. Before I joined the military I could do the fitness test run part with ease. Now I'm stuck with a knee I just finished rehabbing that makes me hate myself well before that first kilometer Sad

I kid, but I agree with everyone who said starting up again is the hardest part.

I'm claiming I brought back Dano...that's right, me.

I brought back Alex using good vibes via putting him in my dream matches thingy

Now I've returned Dano via brining him up in the questionnaire as well as telling some of the guys via AIM that Syanide was my favourite gimmick as well as Dano being my favourite promo writer of all time.

Anyways, welcome back Oakley...we missed you.

That said, not only was this a pretty solid show, but Dalby Sound was written to an effing T. Well done to all the writers, who to be honest wrote Dalby better than I used to. lol

Aye, we also missed October because the general consensus was we were going to simply switch to the E-25. Which as of now is headed by Romeo and the rest of the "academy" or whatever the fuck it is called.

It's a ranking of the current top 25 stars we have. I just finished reorganizing my graphics in my PC (fuck it was a mess) So I'll actually be posting all the old one's I managed to save over the years, probably tomorrow.
