FMW's FIFA 2010 World Cup Predictions Contest: Group Stage

Alright, ladies and gents but mostly gents! Here's the sign-up sheet for the World Cup Predictions Bracket. This will only deal with the group stage - I'll be putting together one for the Round of 16 once contenders are revealed. There are THREE FMPs up for grabs for the winner of this tournament, so choose wisely!

The layout for this stage is just like an FMW voting card - highlight/bold whoever you think will win. For the first round of every group, where it says GD, you are to estimate the goal difference for the game (for example, if you think South Africa will beat Mexico by two goals:

There's no sign-up per se, just submit a sheet for this and you're on your way! Entrants will NOT be allowed to join once the group stage has started on June 11, so you have about two weeks! Bonus points will be allocated if you can answer the bonus questions correctly!

there's a common lack of faith in a lot of good teams here, particularly the african teams

FMPs will be given for the group stage which has just finished - because of the rapid pace of the tournament and difficulty of predicting/scoring an entire bracket, I will award an FMP for anyone who can correctly predict the winner when I post the scores thread (I'll calculate this tonight).
